Salary Transparency and Equality Report between Women and Men

The Salary Transparency and Equality Report, issued through the Portal Emprega Brasil and covering the year 2024, is available for consultation. In that year, within just three months, we had already made significant progress, with women representing more than 20% of our workforce — evidence of our continued commitment to broadening diversity.

This is a Brazilian statutory publication. The report itself is issued in Portuguese by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour.
